Any use of the Site constitutes agreement to these Terms, the terms and conditions contained therein.
The regulations may change from time to time, and the user must be updated with the regulations on each entry to the site. Browsing the site and/or using it of any kind, such as agreeing to the terms of the regulations and undertaking to act according to them. It is clarified that the regulations constitute a binding legal agreement for all intents and purposes and obliges the user for all his uses on the site.
- The provisions of this Code in male language are for convenience only and the regulations treat the members of both sexes equally.
- The Services through the Site are subject to the terms set forth in these Rules.
- The very ordering of services on the site will constitute a statement from the customer that read the provisions of these regulations, understood them and agreed to them. The Terms constitute a binding contract between the User and the Site Administration.
The Toilet –
- The site provides hosting services.
- Services can be ordered by contacting the site management in accordance with its availability and geographic location.
- You can pay for the Site Services by credit (not including Direct or Diners, subject to the approval of the Site Administration.

- The right to use the Website is for every citizen who is 18 years old. Cancellations and changes of services –
- Cancellation and Return of Products Policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancelled transaction), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
- A service that is determined for a customer at any time may be canceled, provided that the customer notifies the management of the site about canceling or changing the date at least 2 days prior to the termination of the contract.
- Cancellation of the order will be possible up to 48 hours from the date of arrival.
- In the event of cancellation of accommodation with the consent of the hotel, the customer will not be charged for the service.
- There is no refund for services that have been performed.
- The Site shall be entitled to cancel the delivery of an order to the User at least two hours in advance. In such a case, the user will not have any claim against the site.
- A notice of cancellation or termination by the Company will be given to the User, and the Company will refrain from charging the User’s credit card or will reply to him any amount paid for the Products to the extent paid.
Availability and Regional Location –
- The availability of the Services is subject to the date set with the management of the Site.

Warranty and Service –
- The services will be provided in accordance with the services packages offered by the site management at the beginning of the service.
- The length of the service is based on the time that is determined in advance.
- The Site Administration is not responsible for physical or financial damage or any other damage caused during the service or following the use of the products.
- The management of the site removes from it any responsibility of the content written on the site or from its use and consequences.
Information and privacy security –
- The Site Administration, as well as other sister companies and sub-entities acting on behalf of the Company’s management to the same standards, may use the information provided on the form to bring you the requested information and services. This personal information will not be disclosed and will not be used for marketing purposes without permission and will not be transferred to a third party without express permission from the customer.
- The content of the Service and the disclosure of Personal Information during the Service will never be disclosed to another person or any party without written permission from the Client. The Site Administration is committed to your privacy and this privacy is our top priority.
- The Company undertakes not to make use of the information provided to it by the Buyers, but in order to enable the purchase on a sales site and in accordance with any law.
- By clicking on the “Submit/Invite” button, I confirm by signing the form and its terms.
- The Site is secured by the use of advanced security measures aimed at ensuring proper use and safe browsing of the Site and in order to maintain the privacy of users. All users of the site and its services undertake that they will not do any activity that can disrupt the activity of the site, steal information about users and breach of the security mechanisms of the site.
- In the event of misuse, the Site Administration will act against any activity in any legal way that will be at its disposal, including blocking the user from access to the Site and taking legal proceedings against the user if such action is taken.
Intellectual Property –
- All intellectual property rights on this site, including copyright, distribution rights, trade secrets, trademarks and all intellectual property of any kind, both in respect of the design and site page, are in respect of the content appearing therein are the exclusive property of the Site Administration.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use any information from the Site and/or the Site unless you have been given prior written consent from the Site Administration.
Law and jurisdiction –
- The interpretation and enforcement of this Code and/or any action or conflict arising from it shall be carried out in accordance with Israeli law only, and the competent court in Tel Aviv shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.

Change/cancel an order
Ways and procedures for changing and cancelling orders made through the site
Change of invitation
Changes to the order cannot be made directly on the site. A customer who has placed an order and wishes to modify it will do so via e-mail or telephone directly by the following means: Email to support info@armon-hotel.co.il

Cancellation of an order
A customer who placed an order through the site will receive a user name and password on the confirmation of the order he made.
Cancellation of the order will be possible from any home page through the “My Order Bag” category at the bottom of the homepage.
The customer will be required to enter in the appropriate place a user name (email address) and password that he received along with the order confirmation.
After entering a username and password, cancellation of the order will be possible using the “Cancel” button, if the order meets the cancellation conditions of the list.
Cancellation of the order is conditional on a cancellation policy defined in the regulations.
If the reservation does not meet the cancellation terms and the cancellation button is not listed in the “My Reservations ”, it must be canceled by contacting the hotel booked or the reservation center on +972-36055271 or by emailing to the address of info@armon-hotel.co.il.
Cancellation:
You can cancel an order made on the site by delivering a “cancellation notice”;
